By participating in the Mannatech 21-Day Liver Reset Challenge and agreeing to these terms, you grant Mannatech, Incorporated, its affiliates, representatives, and agents (“the Company”) the right to use your name, biographical information, photographs, images, progress photos, stories, and/or testimonials submitted through this platform, in whole or in part, for the following purposes:

• Marketing and advertising materials for the Company
• The Company’s website and social media channels
• Promotional materials related to the 21-Day Liver Reset Challenge
• Any and all media formats, digital or print

Your Rights

This consent is granted voluntarily and may be revoked at any time by submitting a written request to the Company. Upon revocation, the Company will make reasonable efforts to discontinue use of your materials in future publications, though materials already distributed cannot be recalled.

Release of Claims

By agreeing to these terms, you release, waive, and discharge any and all claims arising out of, or in connection with, the use of your submitted content by the Company, including any claims for libel or invasion of privacy.

Challenge Participation

The 21-Day Liver Reset Challenge is a wellness program designed to support healthy liver function through nutrition, hydration, and supplementation. This program is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new health program.

Data & Privacy

Your personal information, progress data, and any photos you submit are stored securely and used solely for the purposes of the Challenge and as outlined in this media release. Your data will not be sold to third parties. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting the Company.

Age Requirement

By creating an account, you warrant and represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal right to enter into this agreement.

Entire Agreement

This document contains the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding participation in the 21-Day Liver Reset Challenge and the use of your submitted content.
